TIME AND A HALF BAND IS:

Roger ~ Lead Guitar and Vocals
Roger has over 18 years of band experience and is a true professional. He keeps the band strong and professional on and off stage. With his diverse playing style, he offers outstanding guitar work which match his excellent vocal stylings. Roger began playing guitar at 12 years of age and was influenced by his father, Roger and brother Rick who were both lifelong musicians. Growing up, there was always music in the house, whether it be singing, playing or the radio, the Glenna house was never quiet. Roger formed bands with friends at a young age and began playing professionally over 18 years ago. Roger is the quintessential Bob Dylan devotee, calling Dylan "the most integral human being I know of." Though his music passion is Dylan, Roger also loves rock, country, folk and blues as he believes they are a "musical study of the American masses."

Susan ~ Keyboards and Vocals
Susan has over 20 years professional music experience with deep roots in country music as well as being a professionally trained classical singer. Her piano playing is fantastic yet slightly overshadowed by her incredible voice. She is referred to by everyone that she meets as “bubbly.” Susan's musical abilities began at a very young age. Her parents recognized and encouraged her love for music and took her for organ lessons. Her teacher, Paul Finanger, took her to farm and home shows and county fairs where she helped to sell Kimball organs as a child. As soon as she was able, she began playing saxophone in grade school and continued through high school, playing in jazz, concert and pep bands. In college, she majored in instrumental and vocal music education and had the honor of playing saxophone in Dr. Greg Balfany's college jazz band, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in vocal music education. Susan enjoys the music of "Little River Band" in addition to any of the great vocal bands such as Journey, Styx and Diamond Rio and is influenced by 1970's country music.

Gordon ~ Bass Guitar and Vocals
Despite being born in Northern Wisconsin, Gordon considers himself a native of La Crosse, Wisconsin.  Introduced to music at a young age, he studied cello from 4th grade through graduation, both in school orchestra, La Crosse Symphony Orchstra and Dorian Music Camp, under the instruction of Mary Beth Vach.  In the mid-1980's, Gordon also sang in the La Crosse Boy Choir.  After following several bands in the mid-1990's, studying live music gave him the inspiration to pick up the bass guitar and begin playing with friends.  The similarities between cello and bass guitar made for a natural transition and he has been a bassist ever since.  Gordon's band associations include Wooly Mammoth (more of a cool band name than a band), Running on Empty, Deadset, Lunch Box Eddie and Jesus Holmes.  His accomplishments include playing his own wedding, performing at the Orpheum Theater in Sioux City, Iowa and opening for both .38 Special and Starship.  When he finds the opportunity, you can find him fishing the waters and back waters of the Mississippi and surrounding rivers and relaxing with family near Lake Wazee.

Tom ~ Lots of Drums
Tom was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin and has pursued his musical career since the age of 8 when he first heard his neighbor play drums. At 14, he managed to buy his first real drum kit. He was originally influenced by Buddy Rich but since, has been idolizing drummers like Neil Peart and Barrymore Barlow. He has played varying styles from marching band to contemporary christian to blues and heavy metal and back again. One of his most memorable jams was with the bass player for Molly Hatchett. He insists that performing as a drummer is truly for satisfaction within and agrees, like most musicians, that somewhere after years and years of performing, we could still make a profit. Tom rarely dines out  but when he does he goes out bigtime. No simple burger for him; king crab legs for him. Tom's powerful kick drum is the backbone for Time and a Half.
